Lifts

-

From a street level, lifts to access Dr Rudi’s are located to the right of the escalators next to Holey Moley. Make your way down the corridor and turn right.

There is a small lift to take you to Parasol and Swing and Saint Alice. This is located at the back of Dr Rudi’s. Ask one of the staff to help you, or call Parasol and Swing or Saint Alice beforehand so that they can make sure someone is available to assist.

Flooring

+
-

Market Place has cobblestone flooring and trees lining both sides of the pathway. Parts of the flooring can be uneven. Visitors with visual impairments or mobility aids should take caution. Alternatively, they can enter the precinct via the left side of Bivacco.

The rest of the outdoor areas in the precinct are either flat and even concrete or brick flooring.

Parking and drop off

+
-

All car parking buildings have lifts to take you to street level. The Downtown carpark will give you access to Dr Rudi’s, Saint Alice, and Parasol and Swing via the accessible airbridge on level 3 of the carpark.

Drop off points are located in between the marina and New Zealand Maritime Museum, and at the loading zones of Customs Street West, behind Bivacco and across the road from Sierra Cafe
