From margaritas and spritzes to oysters, champagne and aperitivo-style evenings, Sabrage Daily Deals brings something different to every day of the week, best enjoyed with good company and a seat at the bar.

Monday: Margarita Monday
Classic, Mango Chilli and Tommy’s Margaritas on rotation, with the option to add guacamole and corn chips for $12.

Tuesday: Spritz & Sparkle Tuesday
A lineup of refreshing spritzes including Aperol, Limoncello, Lychee and Rosé, paired with a $12 snack special featuring salt & pepper squid with yuzu mayo and marinated olives.

Wednesday: Oysters & Champagne Wednesday
Fresh oysters served from 3–7pm for $3 each.

Thursday: Social Hour Thursday
From 4–7pm, enjoy beers, wines and cocktails alongside a rotating selection of bar bites including fries, chilli poppers, guacamole, and duck rillettes with crostini.

Friday: Apero Chic Fridays
Ease into the weekend with a live Sabrage Ceremony at 5pm, plus a complimentary grazing station featuring cold cuts and French and New Zealand cheeses with any champagne purchase.
