We also highly recommend rounding off your workout with a Two Islands protein smoothie. Here’s Kobi’s recipe:
2 Scoops Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein
2 Scoops Two Islands Vanilla Collagen Powder
1/4 cup oats
1 small handful of almonds
1 tsp Pics Peanut Butter
2 large handfuls of ice
Milk of choice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with chia seeds and sip through your favourite reusable straw.
