The newly-transformed maritime-themed interior perfectly compliments the harbour views appreciable from the famous SOUL terrace. The cocktail list is a seafarer’s dream, inspired by Bravo TV’s Below Deck. Summer flavours take centre stage – apricot, Campari and gin in Anchors Away and Aperol, vodka, watermelon, cucumber, mint and citrus in My Seaenna, among others. Champagne Mumm will also be flowing, be sure to order a bottle of Mumm RSRV 4.5 at the very special price of $145, or a glass for $29.
